Black Truffle Burger

Back with another menu update from Shake Shack. For those of you who have been working with us since 2020, you may remember the Black Truffle Burger – one of our most popular limited-time menu items we’ve ever served! Well... as of today, it’s back.

Here’s everything you need to know, as well as some photos to share through your channels.  

Black Truffle Burger: 100% Angus burger topped with Gruyere cheese and black truffle sauce that’s made from real black truffle oil, our crispy sweet onions on a toasted potato bun. 

Black Truffle ‘Shroom Burger: Crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with black truffle sauce made with real black truffle oil and shredded lettuce on a toasted potato bun. 

Black Truffle Shack Stack: 100% Angus burger topped with Gruyere cheese and a crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with black truffle sauce that’s made with real black truffle oil on a toasted potato bun. 

Black Truffle Parmesan Fries: Crispy crinkle cuts dusted with parmesan cheese and served with black truffle sauce made with real black truffle oil.
